Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AZTools. “You” means the individual or entity using the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

AZTools is an online platform that provides modular productivity tools (such as notes, tasks, forms, email marketing and utilities), customizable dashboards, optional public sharing, and programmatic access via API.

We may add, change or remove features, tools or limits at any time. Availability may vary by plan, region and maintenance windows. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.

You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law or if we previously suspended or terminated your account for violation of these Terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API keys.

Notify us promptly at support@aztools.me if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your credentials where you failed to safeguard them.

Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed in USD through our payment processor (currently Lemon Squeezy) on a monthly or annual cycle you select. Prices are shown before checkout and may change; we will give reasonable notice before price changes affect your subscription.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Refunds are handled according to the payment processor’s policies and applicable law. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods after a charge succeeds.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

The Basic plan is free subject to usage limits published on our Pricing page and in-app Usage settings. Paid plans increase limits but remain subject to caps designed to prevent abuse.

If you exceed limits, certain actions may be blocked until the next reset period, you upgrade, or you reduce usage. We may adjust limits with notice where required.

You must not circumvent quotas, rate limits or security controls. Excessive automated traffic that degrades the Service for others may result in throttling or suspension.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limiting other restrictions, you must not:

You retain ownership of content you create, upload or store in the Service (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all rights necessary to use and share it.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, back up, display, reproduce and process Your Content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup retention.

We may remove or disable content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Some tools let you publish public links. You control what is shared. Public content may be indexed or accessed by anyone with the link.

You are responsible for compliance with laws governing data you collect through forms, quizzes or other shared tools, including providing notices and obtaining consent where required.

The Service may let you connect third-party AI providers, email servers or other integrations using credentials you supply (“bring your own key”). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, pricing or policies.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. You are responsible for fees charged by those providers and for lawful use of data you send to them through the Service.

API keys are personal to your account. Keep them secret. Usage is subject to plan limits and documentation we publish.

We may revoke API keys or throttle requests that violate these Terms or threaten Service stability. Breaking changes to APIs will be communicated when reasonably practicable.

The Service, including software, design, branding, documentation and underlying technology, is owned by AZTools or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@aztools.me.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity) remain in effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure or meet your requirements. Tools may integrate external data (weather, etc.) — we do not guarantee accuracy of third-party data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZTOOLS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless AZTools from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms we reference, are the entire agreement regarding the Service.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Disputes: contact support@aztools.me first so we can try to resolve informally. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by applicable law and courts with competent jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version at aztools.me/terms and update the date above. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice.

Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires your explicit consent.
